Text Message Terms

ReviewXchange, a business name of QSMART LTD, sends these texts using an automated system. They are only about your account and your exchanges. We do not send promotions or marketing by text.

• A new review exchange request or offer has arrived and needs your answer.
• A request or offer you received is about to close.
• A partner accepted your request or offer.
• A one-time code when you add your number, to confirm it is yours.

Message frequency varies with your activity. We send at most one text per event for each request or offer, and none between 9pm and 8am in your local time.

You join only by choice. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using ReviewXchange. You enter a US or Canadian mobile number in Settings, or in the prompts shown after you send a request, on a request you received, or while you set up your business. You tick the box that agrees to receive texts, and you confirm the code we text to you. We do not text a number that was not confirmed this way.

The box you tick says: "Text me when someone sends me a request, a request is about to expire, or a partner accepts." Next to the number field it says: "Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties." The box is never ticked for you, and it is separate from any email setting.

Reply STOP to cancel, or turn texts off in your dashboard under Settings, Text messages. You can turn them back on there at any time.

ReviewXchange does not charge for these texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

We use your number only to send these texts and to confirm the number. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing. Our message provider processes the texts for us. Read more in the Privacy Policy.

Members with a mobile number in the United States or Canada. Other countries are not supported for now.
