Credit System Overview

ReviewXchange operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased to facilitate peer-to-peer review exchanges. Please note that credits are non-refundable once purchased, except under specific circumstances outlined below involving platform errors.

1. Credit Purchases & Payouts

All credit pack purchases are final. We do not offer direct monetary refunds for purchased credits. However, users may request a payout for their accumulated credits through the "Cash Out" feature in the dashboard, subject to our platform's payout terms and minimum thresholds.

2. Exchange Cancellations

If you initiate an exchange request and it is declined by the partner or cancelled before acceptance, the credits held for that transaction are automatically and immediately returned to your ReviewXchange balance.

3. Dispute Resolution

We aim for fair and honest exchanges. If an issue arises during an active exchange (e.g., a review was not verified, or a partner did not reciprocate), you can raise a dispute.

  • Step 1: In-App Resolution. Use the "Report Issue" or "Flag" button within the exchange details page. This pauses the transaction and notifies our admin team.
  • Step 2: Admin Review. Our team will review the chat history and exchange status. If the partner is found to be at fault (e.g., failure to post a valid review), we will cancel the exchange and refund your credits.
  • Step 3: Outcome. Decisions made by ReviewXchange administrators regarding credit refunds for disputed exchanges are final.
